What You Need:
Peel four big potatoes.
Shredded cheese, 2 cups (chocolate, cheddar, or whatever kind you choose)
Optional: 1 cup of cooked and coarsely chopped ham or bacon
half a cup of green onions, chopped
two eggs
Sour cream, half a cup
