Delicious and Wholesome Shrimp and Chicken Recipes

Ialways tell my friends and people who ask me. . if my daughters learn to appreciate food, the time it takes to cook it and develop a love for cooking (along with eating healthy), all this food blogging and cooking will be worth it. Well, it’s already worth it but I guess I should say, it would be THAT much better and worth it more.

Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
Begin by seasoning the shrimp and chicken pieces with a generous sprinkle of salt, pepper, and the aromatic blend of dried Italian herbs.
