4 medium russet potatoes (or Yukon Gold)
3 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
1 tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)
½ cup shredded Parmesan (optional but highly recommended!)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
(Optional add-ins: crispy bacon bits, cheddar cheese, or a sprinkle of chili flakes!)
