Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

Preparation
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower
Rinse the cauliflower florets under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Place the florets in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Season the Cauliflower
Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
Toss the cauliflower to coat evenly with the seasonings.
Step 4: Roast the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes

In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the cauliflower with grated Parmesan cheese for a crispy, cheesy finish.
