INGREDIENTS
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggsâŠ
This recipe is also known as âprofiterolesâ or âcream puffs.â
1. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, heat the water and salt over medium heat until it boils.
3. Add the diced butter to the saucepan and mix until completely melted.
