Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
3 large potatoes, diced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 ½ cups Gruyere cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 boneless pork chops
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Heat the cream in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the onions, potatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
