COFFEE FOAM

Here is a basic recipe for making coffee mousse. This dessert is delicious and easy to prepare. You will need just a few ingredients, and the end result will be a delicious mousse with the intense flavor of coffee.
Ingredients:

2 cups strong coffee, preferably espresso
1 package (7 grams) unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation:

Brew the coffee strong and let it cool to room temperature. In a small bowl, mix the unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup cold water. Let it sit for a few minutes so that the gelatin absorbs the water. Heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave or in a small saucepan until completely dissolved, stirring well to make sure there are no lumps. Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is stiff.
