Chocolate “Salami”

Preparation
Place cookies in a gallon sized plastic bag and crush into small bits. Set aside.
Add chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between, until chocolate is almost melted, about 90 seconds. Add heavy cream and microwave for 20 more seconds.
Add cubed butter to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
Mix in cookies and nuts and stir until fully combined, mixture will be thick.
Spoon ⅓ of the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and form into a log shape, then wrap tightly. Repeat to form 3 logs in total.
Place salami in fridge for a minimum of 3-4 hours (overnight is best).
Roll in powdered sugar before slicing.
