Chocolate Lasagna: the layered, no-bake dessert recipe you need to try

Step 1
Use a food processor to crush the cookies until it resembles fine crumbs.

Set aside a small amount of the crumbs, and mix in the melted butter to the rest.

Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a baking dish with a spatula until you have an even layer. Leave in the fridge while you prepare the cream.

In a clean mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese, 250ml of the whipped cream, and the powdered sugar.

Spread the cream over the cookie base.

Prepare a chocolate pudding according to the package directions until thick.

Step 7
When the pudding has cooled, spread the pudding over the first layer of cream cheese.

Step 8
Whip the whipped cream and spread it over the pudding.

Step 9
Sprinkle the cake with crumbled Oreos or mini chocolate chips and leave it in the fridge for a few hours until set.
