Ingredients
500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
250 ml (1 cup) milk (lukewarm)
30 g (2 tbsp) fresh yeast or 10 g (1 tbsp) active dry yeast
2 large eggs
50 g (3.5 tbsp) melted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
Oil (for greasing)
Granulated sugar (for rolling)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional, for cinnamon sugar topping)

Prepare the Yeast Mixture:
