Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup chia seeds
– 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
– 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
4. Before serving, give the pudding a good stir to evenly distribute the chia seeds.
