Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
Grill the chicken patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill during the last few minutes of cooking, if desired.
Assemble the burgers by placing each chicken patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato slices, and additional ranch dressing.
Serve immediately.
