6 eggs
Chinese cabbage, shredded
Salt, to taste
1 cucumber, sliced
Onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mustard

Prepare the Eggs:
Boil the Eggs:
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 9-10 minutes.
