INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken, cut up
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat my oven to 350 degrees.
In a baking pan, I combine flour, garlic pepper, sugar, and paprika.
In a medium-sized bowl, I mix buttermilk, eggs, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth.
I dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk mixture, shaking off excess.
