Breaded shrimp

Breaded shrimp Ingredients 500 grams of large shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterfly-shaped
1 liter of water 1 1/2 cups of cornstarch 2 eggs 2 cups of breadcrumbs 5 cups of oil for frying 1-Heat the oil to 180 ºC an iron saucepan or an electric fryer.
2-Mix the water with the cornstarch and the eggs.
3-Immerse the shrimp, one by one, in the previous mixture, then cover with the breadcrumbs.
Pass through the starch mixture again and roll once more into the bread.
4-Carefully place the shrimp in the hot oil and fry until golden brown perfectly.
