Ingredients:
For the base:
1 1/2 cups vanilla cookie crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
For the filling:
3 packages (750 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
For the blueberry coulis:
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a springform cake pan.
In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press the mixture into the base of the mold to form the base of the cake.
