Baked Oatmeal with Carrots and Fruits

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare Oats: Place the in a blender and chop until they reach a fine consistency.

Add Wet Ingredients: Add the milk, grated carrot, rinsed dried apricots, rinsed raisins, diced apple, cinnamon, eggs, stevia (or other sweetener), vanilla extract, and Mix until everything is well combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped oats and baking powder. Mix well.

Pour into Dish: Grease an 18 cm casserole dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.

Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Bake: Bake in the for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
