Baileys Brownie Cheesecake

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. For the brownie layer, in a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

3. In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

4. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
5. For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6. Mix in Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie layer in the pan.

8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely in the pan.

9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before removing from the pan.
