Ingredients
120g sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
120g softened butter
3 medium eggs
120g flour
1 level tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2-3 apples
4-5 apricots
1 organic lemon
Preparation
First, grease a round springform pan (Ø 26 cm), preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat), and gather everything: Weigh the sugar and mix it with the vanilla sugar in a large bowl.
Gather the flour, salt, and baking powder in a second bowl. Wash the lemon with hot water and finely grate the zest. Peel, quarter, and core the apples.
