Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 cup milk
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and milk. Mix until well combined.
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions, then drain and add them to the skillet.
