Banana Foster Pudding

4 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Gently toss until the bananas are evenly coated.
Cook: Transfer the banana mixture to the slow cooker, spreading it out into an even layer. Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, or until the bananas are tender and the sauce has thickened into a rich, caramel-like consistency.
Serve: Give the pudding a gentle stir to combine the bananas and sauce. Serve warm with your favorite accompaniments.
