1 medium cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
1 small spoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 huevos
30 ml of cream, which is approximately 2 tablespoons.
Add as much black pepper as you like.
Grated Parmesan cheese (as much as you like, around 50 g)
Break 100 grams of soft mozzarella into small pieces.
Paprika to taste
Instructions
Get the cauliflower ready.
Heat the oven to 200°C (392°F) before using it.
Put a pot of water on the stove until it boils. Then, add a small amount of salt and cook the cauliflower pieces for 5 minutes.
Remove the water from the cauliflower and dry it with a kitchen towel.
Cook the cauliflower in the oven.
Put the pieces of cauliflower on a baking sheet. Pour a little olive oil and mix well.
