Ingredients:
200g spinach, finely chopped
Boiling salted water
200g feta, finely chopped
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt
A pinch of pepper
1 package puff pastry
30g melted butter
Preparation:
1. Simply blanch the spinach briefly in salted water, drain, and squeeze dry. Mix the spinach, feta, and honey, and season. Then carefully unfold the pastry sheets and cut each in half lengthwise. Divide the resulting pastry strips into thirds (makes 24 pastry strips).
