Fat-Burning Cucumber Salad: Eat Daily for a Flatter Stomach!

Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced (or spiralized)
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional for extra metabolism kick)
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional for thermogenic effect)
How to Make It
1️⃣ Prep veggies – Slice cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
2️⃣ Mix dressing – Whisk apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
3️⃣ Combine & chill – Toss everything together and refrigerate for 10+ minutes (best when flavors meld!).
4️⃣ Top & serve – Garnish with extra herbs & pepper flakes.
