Thousand-Hole Pancake

250g semolina (durum wheat semolina) or fine cornmeal
150g all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
400ml warm water
1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the semolina flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, dry yeast, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the warm water and stir vigorously until a smooth batter forms.
