Ingredients:
250g self-rising flour.
°kosher salt.
°1 t Old Bay seasoning.
°Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
°yogurt. I used 4 cups.
+For frying, I used vegetable oil.
°1 kg medium shrimp, peeled.
Instructions:
The first step
Mix the flour, 1 tablespoon each of the salt, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl that is shallower than deep.
The second step
Put the curd in a separate bowl on the smaller side. Put the oil in a Dutch oven or medium cast iron skillet and heat it over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.
