Ingredients
6 bratwursts
2 large onions, sliced
3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 oz) bottle of beer (your choice)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
1. Place sliced onions and bell peppers at the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Arrange the bratwursts on top of the onions and peppers.
