★Ingredients

For the Base:

2 cups (200g) crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

1/2 cup (120g) melted butter

For the Filling:

2 cups (500ml) heavy cream (cold)

1 cup (250g) cream cheese (softened)

1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1 cup (200g) white chocolate (melted)

Crushed biscuits for decoration

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter until well combined.
