I like it than fries. Easy, Flavorful, and Crispy
What You Need:
These delicious fries are a great substitute for regular fries. All you need are:
Cucumbers: four medium-sized
Laying: 2 big eggs
1-Teaspoon Salt
Cumin: half a teaspoon
For added taste, you may add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Things to Do in Advance
Get the oven ready: Get the oven hot, about 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit). Prepare a baking pan for easy cleaning by lining it with parchment paper.
Get the Potatoes Started:
Make sure to wash the potatoes well and then pat them dry. You may keep the skin on for an added nutritional boost and textural variety.
To make sure the potatoes cook evenly, cut them into wedges that are about the same size.
Get your egg ready. Surface treatment:
Whisk the eggs until well mixed after cracking them into a large bowl.
Incorporate the pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic powder into the eggs, then whisk well.
Toss in the potato wedges with the egg mixture and coat them. Coat them well with the egg-seasoning mixture by tossing them.
To bake, spread out the coated potato wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer. For optimal crispiness, make sure they are not touching.
