Ingredients:
π₯ 250g mascarpone
π« 100g white chocolate
πͺ 200g ladyfingers
π₯₯ 200ml coconut milk
β 150ml strong coffee, cooled
π₯₯ 50g coconut flakes
π« 2 tbsp sugar
π« 2 egg yolks
π« 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate: π«π₯ Melt the white chocolate over a water bath and let it cool.
2. Prepare the cream: π₯π« Mix the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
3. Soak the ladyfingers: πͺβ Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer them in a baking dish.
