β 1 head of iceberg lettuce
β 1 can of corn (approx. 300 g)
β 1 can of peas (approx. 300 g)
β 200 g cooked ham (cut into strips)
β 4 eggs (hard boiled, diced)
β 200 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda or Emmental)
β 200 g sour cream
β 200 g mayonnaise
β salt and pepper (to taste)
β 1 bunch of chives (finely chopped)
Preparation π₯£
1- Start the layers: Wash the iceberg lettuce, dry it and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Put the lettuce in a large bowl or casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
2- Layer the ingredients: Spread the corn and peas evenly on the lettuce. Then place the ham strips on top, followed by the diced eggs.
3- Add cheese: Sprinkle the grated cheese over the layers.
4- Prepare the sauce: Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise in a separate bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
