Loaded Steak Tostadas

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

•1 lb skirt steak or flank steak

•1 tbsp olive oil

•1 tsp garlic powder

•1 tsp cumin

•1 tsp chili powder

•Salt and pepper, to taste

•For the Tostadas:

•6 tostada shells

•1 cup refried beans (optional)

•1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

•1 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
