Ingredients and Substitutes
Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Blueberry Puree:
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup blueberry jam
Cheesecake Filling:
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Possible Replacements:
Graham Crackers: Digestive biscuits or shortbread cookies
Blueberries: Raspberries or strawberries
Blueberry Jam: Raspberry jam or blackberry jam
Steps
Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
