Ingredients: – 64 half pecans – 11 ounces of baking caramels.

1 bag of chocolate chips that are a little sweet.

Preparation
First thing to do: Prepare the pecans.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before using it. Put four pieces of pecans on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Every group should resemble a turtle with four legs. This step ensures that the pecans are evenly spread out and ready to hold the caramel and chocolate.

Step 2: Warm the caramel candies until they turn into liquid.

Place the caramel candies in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm the caramels in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until they are fully melted and smooth. Use a spoon to place a little melted caramel in the center of each cluster of pecans. Ensure that the caramel spreads slightly to help the pecans stick together. Let the pecans with caramel cool down until the caramel gets hard, which usually takes about 10-15 minutes.
