5 potatoes
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Easy Preparation Steps:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips, just like fries.
Rinse the cut potatoes under cold water in a large bowl to remove excess starch. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
Add the salt, pepper, and paprika to the egg whites, and gently fold the mixture together.
