“One Night Stand” dessert in 10 minutes, a real lightning recipe!

Everyone is obsessed with biscoff and this no-bake biscoff layered cheesecake cup is my absolute favorite, especially for parties/gatherings!

Ingredients:
20 servings
8 oz cream cheese

room temperature
¼ cup powdered sugar

or less for less sweetness
1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

⅓ cup Lotus Biscoff biscoff butter

plus 1/2 cup for topping
2 cups heavy cream

cold
1 packet Lotus Biscoff biscoff cookies

Preparation:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the sugar.
Then stir the pudding powder into the milk according to the package instructions and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
