Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
Salt, to taste
A pinch of nutmeg
For the Batter:
50g wheat flour
A dash of sweet paprika powder
2 eggs
40g butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
A bit of grated nutmeg
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Prep the Cauliflower:
Rinse the cauliflower head thoroughly under cold water.
