1.People with Hypersensitivity Individuals who are hypersensitive to avocados may experience skin reactions or gastrointestinal issues after consumption. Allergic responses can include rashes, itching, redness, or dermatitis. Overconsumption may lead to symptoms such as mouth irritation and tongue swelling.
2.People with Liver Problems Certain compounds in avocados may potentially exacerbate liver issues. Individuals with liver conditions should limit their avocado intake to protect their liver health. If liver function is already compromised, avoiding avocados altogether is advisable to prevent further harm.
